Ucha Hanna Ndukwe Onwukah

Ucha Hanna Ndukwe is indeed a seasoned political strategist with a distinguished two-decade legacy in community and political organizing. Her journey commenced with SEIU, where she steadfastly championed change and acquired foundational skills in strategic organizing.

A leading figure in the movement to turn Georgia blue, Ucha's pivotal role as the GOTV Director in Georgia for the Biden coordinated campaign showcased her exceptional ability to mobilize voters, crucial in an election where turnout was paramount. In 2018, she played a pivotal role in shaping Georgia's political landscape as the organizing director for Stacey Abrams' gubernatorial campaign. Her impactful contributions continued as she assumed the role of constituency program director for the Democratic Party of Georgia, solidifying her standing as a leader in the state's political arena.


Expanding her influence well beyond the borders of Georgia, Ucha has left an indelible mark on national campaigns, with a particular emphasis on the Southern states. As a Founding Partner at Amplify Power, a pioneering direct mail firm dedicated to bolstering progressive voices and causes, she has been at the forefront of shaping narratives and mobilizing communities. Additionally, as the owner of Usoro Consulting, a consulting firm entirely owned by black women, she provides a vital platform for comprehensive storytelling throughout every facet of the campaign journey.
